WHAT IS YOGA BIOENERGY HEALING?
The physical body is used to activate energy through the practices of asana, pranayama, mudra, and shat karma. Thus the Tantra yogis developed the yoga postures(asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) are the most commonly used today in Hatha Yoga.
Mudras include hand gestures and intense fusion of asanas, pranayama, and bandha. Shatkarma of referring to Kriya, are esoteric exercises and techniques to purify and cleanse the energy pathways.

In the first session, we will begin with a 20-minute consultation, where we can set a session that aims and discuss your goals, from this I will develop a practice based on your needs. I will teach you breathwork techniques you can use day to day in your routine.
How to raise your kundalini energy, through yoga healing.
I will teach meditation techniques and I will perform a 20 min energy work/ Reiki session. It's an opportunity to work on your needs and build eventually a day to day practice.
